2. The Personal Data Protection Policy is issued in both the English Language and Bahasa Malaysia. In the event of any inconsistencies between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia version, the English version shall prevail.

During the course of your transaction and dealings with DURCSB, you may be requested to furnish from time to time to DURCSB, directly or through online forms and/or other electronic methods, your personal data, which may include your name, identity card number, correspondence address, email address, telephone contact number and/or other information relevant to the purposes listed in Item 4 below.

4. DURCSB may collect, retain, use and otherwise process your personal data for the below stated purposes but is not limited to:

a)communicating with you;
b)conducting and/or carrying out any surveys;
c)notifying you of any promotions including delivery of notices and sending any advertising and/or marketing and/or promotional materials;
d)handling your enquiry, feedback or complaint.

5. To facilitate any of the purposes of Item 4 above, it is obligatory for you to supply DURCSB with sufficient personal data as required by DURCSB. If you fail to supply the personal data as required, DURCSB may be unable to provide you with services and/or products requested.

11. If any personal data is no longer required for the purpose for which it was processed, DURCSB shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that it is destroyed or permanently deleted.

12. Under the Act, you have the right of access to your personal data held by DURCSB on payment of fee as prescribed in the Act.

13. Personal data supplied by you to DURCSB must be accurate, complete and not misleading. If you know that your personal data held by DURCSB is inaccurate,incomplete, misleading or not up-to-date, you may make a data correction request in writing to DURCSB.

With respect to your right of access and/or correction of your personal data, DURCSB has the right to refuse your requests to access and/or make any correction to your personal data for the reasons permitted under the Act, such as where the expense of providing access to you is disproportionate to the risks of your privacy.
